Speaker: Dr. Rebecca Rahschulte, President of the Western Campus at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C)

Biography: Dr. Rebecca Rahschulte is a dedicated higher education leader passionate about expanding student access to education, strengthening academic excellence, and helping community college students achieve meaningful workforce and transfer outcomes. Known for building strong community and industry partnerships, she focuses on creating multiple pathways that support student success. Dr. Rahschulte serves as the President of the Western Campus at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) since July 2025. She has spent over 22 years serving the mission of community colleges in various leadership roles. A 2024–2025 Aspen Rising Presidential Fellow, she has also contributed to several national and state initiatives, including work with the American Association of Community Colleges, the Indiana Office of Work-Based Learning and Apprenticeship, and United Way of Greater Cincinnati. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Georgia and both an M.Ed. and Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.

Session Overview: Dr. Rahschulte will be sharing an overview of strengths-based leadership and how identifying and leveraging individual and team strengths can drive engagement, performance, and organizational success. The session will highlight practical strategies leaders can use to build more effective teams, foster a positive workplace culture, and maximize the unique talents of their people.
