April Suva-Suvori is the Vice President of Marketing & Sales for Home Instead Cleveland. She has been in the senior healthcare field helping, counseling and educating caregivers and their loved ones for over sixteen years. She serves on multiple boards in the healthcare field and is a volunteer speaker for the Alzheimer’s Association, the Lewy Body Dementia Association, and the Tourette’s Association.

April will discuss “Employees with Aging Parents: What Employers Need to Know.” Caregiving is no longer a personal issue—it’s a workplace issue. This session reveals how supporting employees with aging parents can reduce turnover, improve performance, and strengthen company culture, while offering actionable strategies leaders can implement immediately.
